Stretch

Customized Stretch and Proprioceptive Neuromuscular Facilitation (PNF)

A clothed therapy session that combines passive and assisted stretches to improve joint mobility and strength in full range-of-motion (ROM). PNF is taught to individuals desiring greater participation to accelerate ROM changes and quickly re-balance joints experiencing pain during exercise.

Functional Bodywork

Myofascial Release, Neuromuscular Therapy, and Active-Release are used to directly treat pain and soft-tissue restrictions.

A clothed therapy session to eliminate pain and limited movement due to soft tissue tension. Clients are participants in this session, moving their body when directed in order to accelerate the effects of the treatment. We will re-test problem movements to confirm that the desired results are gained. Especially useful for people who already have an established exercise or movement habit, and for those struggling with chronic pain or previous injuries.

Classic Massage

Combinations of Swedish/Circulatory Massage and Deep Tissue Massage

A traditional massage in which the client undresses and lays under sheets. Long gliding strokes and satisfying high-pressure compressions are hallmarks of this style of bodywork. Especially good for people who want to prioritize relaxation, and those who are interested in establishing an exercise routine.

Structural Integration

Transformational Bodywork that elevates mind-body connection and coaches powerful movement strategies using a 12-session series.

Most famously known through a variant called “Rolfing,” this ambitious full-body treatment is 18 hours given over 3 months of weekly 90-minute sessions. First, soft tissue adhesions are released from outer-most to deepest muscles, and then multi-joint movements are re-trained to break old lifestyle habits caused injuries, traumas, and other sources. This is a collaborative therapy that requires significant participation from the client during each session to learn ‘where your body is now,’ and how to use your movements to influence your future body posture.

Due to the complex nature and time-constraints of this treatment, you must book a 1-hour consultation prior to purchasing the full Structural Integration Series.

Functional Movement Training

Guided Exercise and Educational Coaching on Proper Movement Principles

Using a variety of calisthenics, resistance bands, and weights, clients will complete exercises under supervision. Education on proper body mechanics and load progressions will be coached to ensure a healthy long-term exercise habit.

Online Coaching

For immediate feedback on your pain or posture without the need to book an in-person appointment, as well as for Education and Training using 3D Anatomy software to visualize basics of joint movement and muscle relationships.
